Last updated: 19/04/2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to EM10. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EM10 website, web app, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using EM10, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

2. What EM10 is

EM10 is a digital tool designed to help users create, review, confirm, and track repayment-related agreements and related activity.

EM10 is intended to support clarity, organization, and follow-up in informal or semi-formal repayment arrangements. EM10 does not act as a lender, broker, debt collector, escrow provider, law firm, or financial institution.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements under the laws that apply to you in order to use EM10.

If you use EM10 on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User accounts

Some features of EM10 may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

5. User content and agreement data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into EM10, including agreement terms, repayment details, notes, and related content.

By using the Service, you grant EM10 the limited right to process and store that information as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to upload or submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive content.

6. No legal or financial advice

EM10 provides a digital record-keeping and workflow tool.

EM10 does not provide legal advice, financial advice, credit assessment, debt enforcement, or notarial services. Use of EM10 does not guarantee that an agreement will be legally enforceable in any jurisdiction.

If you are dealing with significant amounts, legal complexity, or elevated risk, you should seek professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use EM10 for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
  • misuse the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
  • copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service beyond what is allowed by law.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Pricing and paid features

Some features of EM10 may be offered free of charge, while others may become paid features in the future.

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, and renewal details will be clearly presented before purchase.

10. Intellectual property

EM10, including its branding, software, design, and content made available by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of EM10 or its intellectual property to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for other users or for EM10.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not make warranties that the Service will meet every user need, be uninterrupted, or be suitable for every legal or financial context.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EM10 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
